Step4- Choose from various exercises like
Push-Ups(keep the plate on low medium speed,with your knees on the floor, place your hands shoulder-width apart on the plate, and bend your elbows until your chest is almost touching the plate).
Abdominal muscles(lift one arm straight in front of you with the other arm resting on the plate. Then, switch to the other arm. For more advanced effect,use opposite leg).
Tricep dips(Either put your legs straight out in front of you or you can put your feet flat on the floor with your knees bent. Form a 90-degree angle with your arms on the plate).
Squats(Maintain balance with your hands, squat down, keeping your back straight and your head up).
