Once you decide the age group, then decide what you intent to set up, is it a café, franchise, fine dine or something that just offers take away. The second part of the question becomes fairly simple once you answer the first bit. The second bit should also help you finish off with what theme you wish for your restaurant.
3. The next steps are more time consuming and nerve wrecking, they are known as business plan and financing. Making a business plan is utmost important. For most people their dream of starting a restaurant ends here. Many do not go past this because of proper planning. Start by making your business plan; ask friends and family for advice and inputs. Sell it to them as you will sell it to your banker or financer and take their inputs. This will help you build confidence in approaching a financer. Your zeal and enthusiasm should reflect in your business plan and lure the financer in that is your ultimate goal.
