3 Tips To Gain Muscle Fast - Get the Lean Body You Always Wanted - By: J A Alexander

Getting a speedy rate of muscle growth is not an easy thing to do, but many people want to gain muscle for many reasons.

There are some important aspects you need to take into consideration if you want to build muscle fast and in an easy way.

The first tip I am going to give you is to just exercise your larger muscle areas for 95% of the time. These areas are called your multi joint areas.

Now it does not matter if you are looking to loose weight or gain muscle or even both. You need to exercise these larger muscles to help get the result you want.

The reason you are doing these main muscle group exercises is that they work your body core and help you lose the fat that is stored by burning it off, thus making it easier to lose weight through abdominal fat loss and to build lean ripped muscles.

The main exercises you need to focus on are as follows:

Upper body exercises:

A. Horizontal press – these can be done on a bench press or by doing push ups,

B. Horizontal rows – for example a bend over and do a barbell row

C. Vertical pull – these can be through pull ups or chin ups.

D. Vertical press – using a barbell or a kettle bell to do these exercises

Lower body exercises:

A. Squats – as it says on the tin, doing various types of squat exercises

B. Deadlifts – again choosing to do various deadlift routines

C. Leg movements – lunges and step ups

Now the exercises I have listed above are the main one’s you need to focus on.

Then concentrate your remaining percentage on doing curls etc, for various parts of your body.

The second tip you need to take on board is train about 3 to 4 times a week a good intensity so you are working your body well and you get your blood pumping as this will aid burning the body fat off.

Try and work out for no more than an hour each session.

When you do work out try and mix it up so you do half your session doing an upper body routine and the half doing the lower body routine. You will find this will benefit you a lot.

The third and final tip you need is to eat the right food to aid your goal.

Try and eat fresh food like meat, vegetables and eggs, but make sure that the meat you buy has come from an animal that has been outside and free to roam instead of grain feed in a stable as they animal produces the right natural fat for us to eat and aids your fat burning process.
