Everybody who joins a MLM company, goes into it with the thought that they are going to be massively successful. However, Success isn't easy. In fact, without some good advice and the right mentor, failure is almost certain. Which is why I am writing this article today. To give you three tips that when followed will improve your chances for success 10 fold. Because if nobody ever tells you these three steps how would you know?

Exactly! And that's why I am writing this article today. To let as many people know as possible what they need to do to be successful. So, I encourage you to read every letter below, set some goals, and TAKE MASSIVE ACTION.

MLM Success Tip#1: Brand Yourself Online --- This is a critical step to becoming successful in MLM today. The reason is really two fold. First, it is very difficult if not impossible, to become massively successful just by sharing your MLM business with your friends and family (although, this is essential). Second, the only way to attract people to you online so that you can easily recruit them is to position yourself as the expert, and the leader people want to follow. One important step to doing this, is opening an account at some of the most popular social media sites. Here is a list of the sites you should open an account on.

* Twitter
* Facebook
* Better Networker
* Friend Feed

The key when opening these accounts is to take some time setting up your profile and uploading a nice professional picture. This doesn't mean that you need to be in a suit or tie or anything, but you should be smiling and be wearing some nice clothes.

Once you setup your accounts and profiles on all of the social media sites, you will want to start submitting beneficial content. Content that other people are going to like and use. DO NOT start spamming your business opportunity all over the place. Most individuals will eventually look at your business when you have posted enough beneficial content.

MLM Success Tip#2: Phone Skills --- This is a must in my opinion as well and here's why. Once you have successfully attracted people to you who are interested in your business, either via social media or offiline methods, you are going to eventually HAVE to talk to them on the phone. Trust me, when you have some phone skills it is a LOT easier to recruit people. Take time to learn positioning, and posture on the phone. MLM Success Tip#3: Online Lead Generation --- As discussed in step one, you will eventually run out of people to talk to in your local market. So, the ability to generate leads online is critical. Branding yourself (step 1) will generate some leads for you online, but to really multiple this effect you need to leverage a proven online lead generation system that will further help you position yourself as a expert.

There are many of these lead generation systems out there; but which ever one you choose, make sure it has three things. First, it needs to have built in customizable capture pages so that you do not need to create your own websites when you are starting out. Second, it needs to have on-going Internet marketing education that you can access at any time. Third, the entire system (built in capture pages, marketing training, and all) should cost you less than 50 dollars a month.
