The third food is good old beef, but it has be free range grass fed beef. The grass fed cattle that the beef comes from has a higher level of omega 6 fats compared to grain fed beef.

This healthier that they produce is good for you as it again speeds up your fat burning process in your body and helps you get that tone stomach.

The healthier fat produced is called conjugated linoleic acid or LA and it aids fat burning and muscle growth.
