The Sandisk Extreme memory card range offers a pedigree in flash memory cards, but the question is - what to do with all that extra storage? Many people use memory cards of one form or other with their phones and cameras, but they often fail to realise that the little card they’ve paid no attention to has a whole host of uses of its own. If you’re looking to get the most from your extra storage then, here are some uses you may not have considered.

Back Up - While most people use a portable hard drive or stacks and stacks of CDs to back up their data, the non-volatile solid-state nature of the flash memory card makes a Sandisk Extreme ideal for backing up data. As they’re so small you won’t need lots of room to stack and if the information is private or sensitive they can easily be locked away or even kept on your person in a wallet for example.

Digital Photo Frames - Digital photo frames are a great idea though most people still don’t own one.
