There are two types of ultrasounds women can get, a 2D version and a 3D version. A 2D ultrasound is the standard, black and white ultrasound that has been around for many years. The newest technology is the 3D ultrasound, where women can actually see all of the baby's features. Many mothers choose the 3D technology because they want a clear image of their baby.

Women can get their partner involved in the classes. Instructors of these childbirth classes will answer any pressing questions women might have about their pregnancy.
