If my inventory is full, will I still receive my item?
Please make sure you have room in your inventory before redeeming your in-game card code for your item, otherwise you may not receive the item.

If you have already redeemed your in-game card code and did not receive the item, please petition a GM in game for assistance. Information on contacting a GM can be found here.

Can Blizzard Entertainment replace a lost/stolen/missing/damaged card?
While we cannot replace these cards, we suggest you contact the Upper Deck (UDE) Game Support Team directly for assistance.

UDE's Game Support Team can be wow power leveling reached by calling toll-free at (800) 873-7332, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time, or you can visit the World of Warcraft TCG website found here.

Please make sure you request to be connected to a Game Support Representative if you call in for assistance.

Can Blizzard Entertainment provide me game hints and tips?
We are unable to provide hints or tips on deck building, card clarifications, previews of upcoming sets, etc.

You can find a large amount of information about the World of Warcraft TCG, including anything from becoming a better player to wow powerleveling building a killer deck on UDE's World of Warcraft TCG Homepage. The amount of information, tools, and tips available on this site are extremely helpful.

Furthermore, the UDE Forum is also a good place to start as you will find many like-minded players who enjoy discussing strategies and deck tips.

If you had a problem accessing the World of Warcraft website, it may have been temporarily down when you last tried. There has been a wow power leveling tremendous interest in the site since its creation, and we are supporting several thousand visitors who are curious about discovering and exploring the game world.

With the Mac OS X versions of our games, there are application crash logs will appear in the ~/Library/Logs/ folder. These are generated by the debugger, and should be included in addition to any error log files in the game folder. The error logs the games generate should appear in Logs folders in the "...Files" folders which are inside the game folders.

For example: with StarCraft or Brood War, the error logs would be stored in the Logs folder inside the StarCraft Logs folder which wow power level is in the StarCraft Files folder on your hard drive. Note: If there is no "Files" folder inside your game folder, look for the Logs folder inside the game folder itself.
