1. Cut your food intake in half.

Doesn't matter what you are going to eat, divide any of your normal food intake in half. Cutting down on your meals not only decrease your calorie and fat in take dramatically but, it will help you mentally and your body to adjust to smaller amounts of food.


2.Getting a good night’s rest.

This is very important. Your body's metabolism actually works harder to process your calorie intake much more effectively in to energy when we are sleeping as opposed to sitting down and resting. After a good nights sleep you will be more likely to take on the day with more vigour and energy (which will support your calorie burn:):):) So get an early night when you can?

3. Walk for 30 minutes each day.

Walking is not only good for you but is a great way of reducing stress, is more effective in inducing fat loss than a 30-minute jog. Here’s why: Running will burn off the calories at an aerobics level and tone leg muscles etc however, because running increases the heart rate, the heart rate also drops quickly once the activity has been stopped.

Walking, increases the heart rate to the fat-burning level. Activity performed at fat-burning level will have a longer-lasting effect. Even though you strain your body less on a 30-minute walk, your heart rate will stay elevated for a longer period of time.




4. Reduce daily stress.

Organise a personal task or things to do list. Go through your list in a timely manner, don't rush, make sure you prioritise and complete all the things on your list one by one. Problematic Stress does have very negative effect on our mind and body which does contribute to fat storage in the cells. By following a simple daily plan you can reduce the amount of stress in your life. You can quickly and simply reduce fatty deposits on your body, especially in the stomach area. So go ahead: Make that list!


5. Down plenty of Water.

water continually hydrates your body cells which in turn helps them rid harmful toxins throughout your body. Drinking a lot of water, juice or even tea, you will help support your cells to preform at their prizewinning best with hardly any effort at all.

Please note, if like tea and coffee, they contain caffeine, which can also increase your metabolism. Your metabolism may slow again when the caffeine has left your body. You should try to have an extra glass of water after your tea or coffee to ensure that you do not end up starving your body of essential liquids.
