When administered the HCG for diets wants to set regulatory systems so they run as intended, most especially in the endocrine system and hypothalumus.

That's the control mechanism in the brain that regulates much of our body. Our body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure, it tells us when we are thirsty and it also tells us when we are hungry.

In addition to that, the hypothalumus strictly controls our body weight and unless there is something to over-ride the control of the hypothalumus the outlook for success in weight reduction is bleak. HCG for diets helps us overcome this.

Using HCG for dieting is taken in combination with a low calorie diet, very low. The diet for HCG is capped at only 500 calories. That sounds shocking. The majority of people are put off at the thought thinking that so few calories is a bit extreme and not feasible. I can't blame them, I had the same reaction. If you have tried 1200 calories a day; you already know how that went over.

It works like this, you lose a couple pounds the first few days, undaunted you continue to stick to the 1200 calories but the weight starts to come off slower. If you have a strong will you may even begin to add exercise to your routine.

After several days we may have lost some pounds but usually we're left with no energy or motivation and feeling lifeless.

When Nothing Else Works HCG For Diets Will

The reason is we lose fat that is readily available for short term energy but the fat that our brain locks away isn't touched till we are too exasperated to continue. Upon exhausting this supply our body pulls nutrition from other fat stores that aren't meant for use as fuel.

When the fat that was meant for protecting our organs is gone then the brain finally taps into the 'fat bank'. Unfortunately by then we are too malnourished and weakened to continue.

So we are helpless to do anything but restore our energy and that includes replacing all the readily available energy we just flushed out of our body. Success? Hardly, it only gets worse because our brain now tells us we need to store extra fat because we didn't get enough nutrition recently and it doesn't want to take a chance on running out. Our brain believes it's in our best interests.

Why is this different with HCG for diets? It is common for anyone to be anxious about embarking on a restricted diet of 500 calories a day. "What have I gotten myself into?" you may say just before you start. But you have been administering HCG for a couple days by then and when you wake the next morning it will be working its magic.

The Breakfast Test

With trepidation you will approach your kitchen knowing all that waits for you is coffee or tea. Maybe you aren't accustomed to a big breakfast so it may not be a problem to skip the muffin and have just coffee. Passing your day, you will be expecting the pangs of hunger to sneak up on you. There will be a moment when you think "hmm... I'm not hungry". You shouldn't have an problem with hunger if you've started the protocol correctly, but there may be detoxification side effects when using HCG for dieting purposes.

One isn't overwhelmed by the weakness and irritability that comes with gnawing hunger pains on other low calorie diets.

Time will pass the first day and you will get through no worse for the wear, surprised it wasn't harder. You ought to have drunk enough water with enough fiber to ensure that by dinner time you only have the habit of eating to deal with and not the hunger for eating. Look for an activity to do and keep busy. At first, if you avoid habits that cause you to want to eat then later things like watching TV and other activities will pose no problems for you to participate in without feeling a need to nosh.

Use HCG for Diet Success

Congratulations, you’ve made it through day one on HCG for diet and that wasn’t so bad was it. If you have been following directions tomorrow morning you will be nicely surprised when you check your weight.

Try to control your enthusiasm; you are really only a few short weeks from reaching your weight loss goals. Just stick to the program and you will reach your ideal weight.

If you have more than 34 pounds you may need additional rounds of HCG for diet. It is important to follow the protocol and take a break from dieting with HCG for at least 6 weeks.
