The thing with skinny individuals is that they easily feel full, even though they have not consumed yet the calories that they need. The key is in choosing carefully the type of foods to eat on a daily basis. Foods that have dense calories and are filled with energy are the best foods to eat, for these will not make you to feel full so easily.

Rest

When building your muscles, always bear in mind that proper recovery is crucial. Your being skinny does not mean that you should work more than the others, that you will forego rest. Your body needs to build and repair your muscles after a tiring exercise, so make sure that you take time to rest.

You really don’t need lift weights every single day. Give some time off for yourself, by having some rest in between each workout as this will allow your body to increase the muscle mass. Therefore, avoid exhausting yourself too much, and bear in mind that it is not really the quantity that matters, but rather the quality of your workout.
