For instance, a goose has a gosling and an ant has an antling.

A simple set up game would be one to challenge the memory of the guests attending the shower. Dress someone from head to toe in baby related gear and allow them to stand before the group for a couple of minutes. When they leave, have the guests attempt to remember all of these items and write them down. The most right answers wins this game.
