You can also grind dry spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, and nuts or seeds such as pumpkin or sunflower seeds with the flour you use. Walnuts and pumpkin seeds add omega-3s, and Brazil nuts add selenium which is an antioxidant. You can also add dried fruits.
